This about sums up my Friday. Work 7:30-4 and then fight the bike week traffic to the gym. And the weatger was a wet and windy 57 degrees and just last week it was nearing 80 degrees and sunny. I’m hoping the weather gets better because I would love to go out on the bike and people watch. Some of the bikers-especially the women wear the craziest of things! Ok now onto my workout. Chest and bis all supersets and then 10min of hiit. Hiit was 4 rounds of a crossfit style workout that had me almost puking by the time I was finished. 10-15s rest between rounds. 12 sit ups with 12# ball throw against wall and then catch (I know there must be a name for this but I can’t seem to recall it), 12 ball slams, 25m sled push, 50 jump ropes and then 25m sled push back rest 10-15s and repeat x 4. It’ll leave you sweating and gasping for air.
Work till 3:45 today and then it’s my second leg day amd rest day tomorrow. That means it’s cheat night tonight!
