I worked out legs with Aaron last night around 7:40 and there where 15+ guys in the weight room on a Saturday night! This was our “date night” at the gym because he had to work 7:30-7:30 today and there was another couple working out together. She is one of the only other girls I have seen in the weight room. I’m envious of her muscles and her bf makes Aaron look small. I forgot to write down the workout since we were trying to get done asap because neither of us likes a crowd. WOD consisted of hack squats, seated calf raises (3 drop seats) and my calfs were aching at the end, ass to grass squats with 135# and 3 sets of 8-10 with 155# (the most I’ve ever done!). Nice quick workout. And today my dress pants are super tight in the ass and quads, residual pump? In my imagination I hope that my butt has just gotten bigger….a girl can dream :) Gym after work today! Happy Sunday!
I have such bad hamstring DOMs from yesterday’s workout. It makes walking super painful. I should probably invest in a foam roller.

We currently have two open gallons of milk now courtesy of the boy so I will be drinking milk like crazy. Both of them have maybe 2-3 cups gone. One expires on the 10th and other on the 14th. There will be lots of brotein shakes and oatmeal made with milk being made.
